Nestled in the pines, our two-story log cottage awaits your family's arrival. Part of the Deer Lake Resort on Deer Lake, this unique three-bedroom cottage allows you access to the Three Lakes chain of 28 lakes. A beautiful sand beach, swimming pier and raft will surely delight kids of all ages. Resort guests have the use of a canoe, paddle boat and 14 ft aluminum boat. There is also a spot for you to dock your boat. (Sorry no jet skis allowed.) A small lodge located at the water's edge with ping-pong table and several game tables allows the kids a place to go if it rains. A fish cleaning shack and coin operated laundry are available on the resort. Volleyball net, basketball hoop and small playground are also on the grounds. In the evenings enjoy a campfire at the fire pit near the beach. 

About the Cottage
This two-story vertical log cottage, built in 1940, brings out the charm of yesteryear.

• Bathroom includes a bathtub with hand-held shower.
• Large deck off front of house and small deck off back.

• $795 per week plus 10% tax.
• Individual nights available before June 15th and after August 15. Rate $165 per night (3 night minimum).
• A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making reservation. 
• A $200 refundable security deposit is required to cover theft/breakage, or the need for excessive cleaning by our cleaning staff. This can be held on your credit card.
• If a cancellation becomes necessary and the cottage is not re-rented, no monies will be returned. If the cottage is re-rented, all monies will be returned less a 5% processing fee.
• We accept cash, check, money order and all major cards. 

• Jet skis - Because of the number of small children at the beach area we are not able to accommodate jet skis.
• Fire works - No fireworks or sparklers allowed.
• Smoking - All buildings on the resort are non-smoking. This includes our cottage. Smoking is permitted outside only. All cigarette or cigar butts must be disposed of properly and not left on the ground.
• Please observe the 10:00 PM quiet time rule. 
• No pets please.
