Mon - Fri. 4:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. | Sat. and Sun. 4:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M. Guests staying one night may check-in early at an additional cost of $15.00 per hour. Early check-in can be arranged at no additional cost for guests staying two or more nights. Arrangements must be made in advance and are subject to innkeepers' availability.
A deposit of 50% or one night, whichever is greater, will be charged when a reservation is made.
A thirty-day cancellation policy is in effect for all reservations. Cancellations must be made 30 or more days prior to reservation arrival in order to have the deposit refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than a 30-day notice will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented for the same number of days as the original reservation. A cancellation is not valid unless you are set a cancellation email with a cancellation number.
Special Event Deposits and Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time a reservation is made for all special events including Road America race weekends and the 2015 PGA Tournament at Whistling Straits. The balance due will be collected 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Deposit refunds will only be granted if the room is re-rented for the same number of days, less a 10% cancellation fee. Sorry, no exceptions.
For the health of all, smoking is permitted outdoors only on your private porch or in your car. If you decided to smoke in your room you will be charged an additional $75 clean up fee. We also ask that you refrain from lighting candles anywhere in the inn as it is a fire hazard. We appreciate your cooperation.
